MARKETING STRATEGY

“Your brand is a story unfolding across all customer touch points.” – Jonah Sachs

We love working with brand teams on their big marketing challenges. We  have a deep understanding of how brands work and have helped craft comprehensive growth strategies for reputed brands across industries. Our approach is structured, data-driven, and execution focused, so that the knowledge transfer is seamless. We deliver operational marketing strategies and train teams in execution ensuring that the last and most critical mile in implementation is ready for the job.

NetImpact’s founder, Rahul Saighal, has led many strategic marketing disruptions during his years at Unilever, and as Chief Marketing Officer at Aircel and Samsung. We also have a highly pedigreed marketing team, all from blue-chip companies, along with creative support from professionals who have been a part of huge global agencies, and have worked on campaigns for leading international brands.

CASE STUDIES

We created a successful business strategy for Monnet Steel to differentiate the brand from lower cost Secondary Steel producers. As a part of this exercise, we provided the company with a complete blueprint for an integrated Sales and Marketing approach to target a significant and sustained increase in market share and profitability.

Netimpact also piloted the rollout that demonstrated strategy into action; the pilot surpassed all agreed-upon milestones. In the last leg of the engagement, key members of the Monnet team were trained to ensure effective implementation. We also developed tool kits and SOP manuals for knowledge transfer and operational ease.

We helped a new Smartphone entrant finetune its entry strategy to successfully target the entry and mid-level segments of the highly competitive Indian Smartphone market. We worked on identifying and sharpening a differentiated proposition and marketing mix  along with Go-to-Market templates to ensure their teams undertook efficient rollouts to optimise budgets, ROI, and launch objectives.

Result: A successful entry with the organisation scaling up basis the initial launch success.
